    Longevity is a relatively new field and is evolving fast. I aim to stay on top of the latest research to support the work we do together. I am always learning and doing CPD’s to be current and topical. And, besides the science, you’ll get the learnings from my B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc and Ph.D (current) in Longevity Studies.

There is no “quick-fix” solution – you will get a honest, integrated approach to healthspan, lifespan and longevity. Functional Health Tests are also available.

  • Mental Health & Life Coaching are important in chanign health. Motivation, inspiration along with NLP, coaching and Christian Mentored Faith is how we acheive great results, together.

I look at gut health, vitamin, mineral and hormone levels to support a optimally functioning mind, plus use my NLP skills to create positive thought patterns.

    At heart I am a runner, triathlete and love pilates – so much so that I am a trained BASI instructor. I can help you integrate movement of all types to your daily life, plus how to really ensure your body is in tip-top shape. Icebaths, Infrared Saunas, CGMTracking biometric data helps us target the right zones and achieve your health goals quicker.

    We look at what the key goals are, how this will impact your health and if it is sustainable. And keeping it FUN and easy!

    Focusing on what we know, what the science says and what is possible, we detail your plan and break it into bite-size chunks, so it is achievable. We identify gaps, and how to solve them. Everyone has challenges when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

    Since achieving optimal health and wellbeing is so much more than just exercise and diet, I’ll guide you with other science-backed lifestyle practices relevant to your needs and interest. We meet to track your progress, celebrate wins and overcome stumbling blocks.

Resolving the causes and helping alleviate symptoms, this way of working is the best to ensure long-term health outcomes. I can also help facilitate lab tests and interpret results.

DIAGNOSTIC TESTING

Functional testing can identify what is happening in the body. We look for optimal values that have been shown to reduce disease risk, increase longevity and potentially prevent disease progression. Clients are placed in direct contact with the lab(s), ensuring value for money, including the latest biological technology and wearables like CGM’s. Choose from DUTCH® Hormone tests, DNA, Organic Acid Tests, Micronutrients, Inflammation, Stool and GI, Heavy Metal, Intolerances and more. Blood Panels through a DHA accredited lab are also possible.
